By making available Personal Information (as defined in Section 1.1) or Other Information (as defined in Section 3.1) to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and that you consent to its terms.

(A) As the Website is intended to provide you with a platform to communicate, collaborate and transact with other principal buyers/sellers and professional
service providers of such buyers/sellers, you acknowledge and agree that when you communicate with others via the Website, the recipient may see your name,
email address, user profile and any other Personal Information you made available to that recipient.
(B) You are responsible for any information you post on the Website, including via its virtual data rooms, and this information will be accessible to
registered users of the Website of the relevant virtual data room. If you share information such as by posting information in the virtual data room, your
user profile or a real estate listing, you should be aware that any information you choose to disclose may be read, collected, and used by other registered
users. We are not responsible for the information you choose to disclose via the Website.
2. DIRECT MARKETING.
2.1 We may also use your Personal Information so that we can promote and market the Website and any other products, services and special offers that we
think will be of interest to you. This marketing will be carried out by email using the email address you have provided us, and may continue after you

Website does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

below. Where we hold Personal Information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example, by
mailing or emailing it to you). If you make an access request, we may ask you to verify your identity.
6.2 There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the Personal Information we hold. For example, we may need to refuse access if granting
access would interfere with the privacy of others, or if it would result in a breach of confidentiality. If that happens, we will give you reasons for any
refusal.
6.3 If you believe that Personal Information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you should first try to update the information
using your online account settings, such as by editing your profile, deleting content that you have posted or by closing account. You may also request that
we update it by contacting us in accordance with Section 11 (Contacting Us) below. We will consider if the information requires updating. If we do
not agree that there are grounds for updating it, then we will add a note to the Personal Information stating that you disagree with it.
6.4 Information you have shared with others via the Website or that others have copied may also remain visible after you have closed your account or
deleted the information from your own user profile
6.5 We may retain your information even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet
regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between users of the Website, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
7. Your California Privacy Rights.
7.1 Accessing Your Information. California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to
request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Requests may be made
only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct
marketing purposes.
7.2 Do Not Track Disclosure. As we do not track you across the web, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Except as
otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, we do not enable third parties to collect Personal Information about your online activities over time and
across third-party websites when you use our Website.
8. USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS.
8.1 The services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the
Website or its associated services.

9.1 The Website is controlled and operated by us from the United States, and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state,

Website, or, if we think the changes will be materially detrimental to you and we have your contact details, then by emailing you via the contact details

changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes. The “Last Revised” legend above indicates when this
